mikes made final table in winter festival sheffield

Not sure if this is in the right place but mike has made final table of the first tourney in sheffield winter festival , buy in paid for curtesy(sp) of betfair. 10 left in and he is the short stack, won a minimum vof £350 (think the buy in was £300).

(excuse spellings please , girly night in while mike is out and slighty worse for where)

mikes just phoned, out in 3rd for £1900, apparently he jj got done by a8 hitting 2 pair, im sure he will do a report of how things have gone on his blog, im dead chuffed for him, might even save a beer for him for when he gets home, even after bad runs he seems to be able to pull it out of the bag when it counts , whoooooo hooooooo

Thanks for your kind comments Lou & Mik. Just home, after leaving at 6pm last night. Played for over 8 hours, pretty tired now, just going to have a beer and chill for a bit, then bed then prepare for the next one tonight £500+50 double chance freezeout.

Pretty chuffed with coming 3rd, although at one point I thought I might bubble.Will blog later.
